At True ATS Checker, your privacy and data security are our top priorities. We process your resumes using an enterprise-grade secure parsing engine.

1. One-Hour Data Retention Policy

✅ Strict 60-Minute Cleanup: Any PDF, DOCX, or DOC file you upload is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within exactly 1 hour of upload. We do not keep, sell, or read your raw resume files.

2. What Data We Collect

During the scanning process, we extract the text from your resume. This text is used purely to generate the ATS Report (scores, keywords, strengths). We do not store personally identifiable information intentionally, other than what is required for the analysis report.

3. AI Processing

If AI enhancement is enabled, anonymized sections of your resume text may be sent to our AI providers (such as Google Gemini) strictly to generate career advice and writing suggestions. These providers are restricted from using your data to train their models.

4. Cookie Policy

We use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your connection securely and protect against CSRF attacks. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party marketing cookies.
